The debate of comparison between physical strength of men and women has been there for centuries and is still ongoing. When it comes to water sports, especially kiteboarding, the first impression which a layman can think of is the power of the body needed in the sport. So, the ball always goes to the court of men (That’s delusional, of course!). There are so many professional female kiteboarders that have come up in recent years. Take a look at Hood River, for example. You will be awed by the skills that some of the female kiteboarders have when they kiteboard in and around the vincinity.
The difference comes into the picture, when females take a leap from this myth, put in their skills and excel in kiteboarding. For any kitesurfer, male or female, beginner or professional, these women become a great inspiration in proving that if the right tactic is known, any sport can be conquered.
